• Visa supports requests from issuers through multiple channels, including phone, fax, secured email, and the newly introduced Visa Emergency Services (VES) application on Visa Online. Cardholders can reach out to GCAS directly via phone, email, or the chat platform on Visa.com.
• Visa places a strong emphasis on providing multilingual support. Their contact centers are equipped with agents fluent in numerous languages, including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, and Russian.
• Client and cardholder needs are a top priority for Visa. GCAS has strategically positioned fulfillment centers and a reliable card-embossing network across five continents. This global setup enables timely cardholder support and fast delivery of emergency services, like cash disbursement within 2 hours and card replacement within 24-72 hours upon issuer approval.
• Visa implements rigorous measures to combat fraud. Lost or stolen Visa cards are promptly blocked within 30 minutes (if the full card number is unavailable, the call is redirected to the respective issuer).
